The idea for CosMedi Repair® came from our founders’ experiences with cosmetic procedures and a desire to provide a solution that would make the healing process easier and more effective. They saw a significant gap in the market for aftercare products and were determined to fill that gap. Its founders believed the recovery process after cosmetic procedures should be fast, effective, and as pain-free as possible.

CosMedi Repair® is the result of extensive research and development by leading industry advisors and skincare experts. The goal was to create a product that would provide the perfect combination of naturally derived active ingredients and Vitamin E to help promote skin healing and repair, reduce inflammation and redness, avoid scar tissue and improve skin regeneration.

They started the journey by researching the best natural ingredients for skin recovery and wound healing and then carefully selected a blend of potent actives with complementary effects. They then worked with a team of advisors to perfect the formula and ensure that CosMedi Repair® would be a highly effective product for skin repair and regeneration, focusing on addressing the common, unwanted after-effects that present following cosmetic procedures. After two years of R&D, with many setbacks and challenges along the way CosMedi Repair® was born.

Kimberley George

Kimberley George is a Director of Invested Health Pty Ltd and a nationally recognised Business Advisor. Kimberley has a Master of Business Administration, specialising in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing, and a Bachelor of Health Science with a major in Nutrition and Health Promotion.

As an Australian Business Strategist, Kimberley consults both private and public corporations to success. Besides her own entrepreneurial pursuits, Kimberley specialises in developing high-level strategic plans to assist companies with corporate structure, operations, business development and strategic marketing activities.

In earlier years, Kimberley was heavily involved in the Australian Health & Fitness Industry and was recognised as a highly successful Women’s Health Coach and a sponsored athlete. Kimberley has also worked with many Australian health organisations and charities, bringing awareness and engagement to national health campaigns and initiatives.

Emillie Kirk

Emillie Kirk is a Director of Invested Health Pty Ltd and Co-founder/Director of Vast Fitness Academy, a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that delivers Nationally Recognised nutrition and fitness qualifications across Australia.

Having completed a degree in education (secondary) and a degree in sport and exercise science, Emillie initially started as a PDHPE (Personal Development, Health and Physical Education) teacher in secondary schools. These qualifications also lead Emillie down the road of becoming a highly regarded and successful bodybuilding/figure and bikini competitor coach/specialist within the fitness industry, catering to athletes' nutrition and training requirements.

Emillie has given 15+ years of devotion to the education, health, nutrition/fitness industry and is well known for her business acumens, managing gym franchises, and for being a regular writer/contributor and Covergirl for Oxygen Magazine, Ultra Fitness magazine and Men's Muscle Magazine (online). Emillie is also a former Professional Judge for the IFBB Professional League and NPC (National Physique Committee). Emillie holds numerous Australian Champion and International titles as a former Figure Athlete – having competed in 17 shows from 2011-to 2016 across Australia, the USA and Europe.

Whilst competing and coaching high-level athletes has brought Emillie immense gratitude and pride, her most proud achievements are building and managing a successful online education business with over 30+ staff (and thousands of students nationally), writing/developing and accrediting Australia's first (and only) Nationally Recognised Certificate IV in Nutrition, and writing content/assessment strategies for the Nationally Recognised Certificate III and IV in Fitness qualifications (and many other industry recognised courses).
